  6. RelVel is a Shell based based program which computes true wind speed and
  7. direction given the measured relative wind speed & direction and the speed
  8. and heading of the observer.
  9.  
  10. There are no special requirements to use RelVel.  It has been tested with
  11. Workbench 2.1 & 3.1.  It should run on machines equipped with Workbench 1.3
  12. although I haven't been able to test this.
